Our instructors lead meditation courses and practice groups in which you can get to know or deepen your practice in different meditation techniques.
Meditation Courses
The courses are designed to help you build up your own meditation practice at home and take place in trimesters.
Would you like to try it out? This is possible on the first evening for meditators of all experience levels (recommended donation € 20,- to € 15,-). However, it is usually not possible to join later, as the course units build on each other.
