Our Buddhist Centre „She Drup Ling Graz“ is connected with Tibetan Buddhism, but we are open to Buddhists of all traditions as well as everyone who is spiritually interested. We offer meditation courses, talks, retreats, teachings about topics of Buddhist Dharma and Buddhist practices, and Tibetan Buddhist Rituals (Pujas). For the opening of the centre His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama gave it the name She Drup Ling – „Place of Knowledge and Experience“. The non-profit association „Verein zur Förderung Buddhistischer Werte“ (Association for the Promotion of Buddhist Values) supports Buddhist values, especially wisdom, compassion for all beings and the mind of enlightenment.

Team

We are a spiritual group of lay people in different stages of life with different professions. This diversity enriches our Buddhist approach and the work for the centre.

Through our members, through regular as well as irregular engagement of many helpers through active commitment, financial donations, donations in-kind, and through participation in events our centre is sustained in the long term.

Every two years the members of the association elect the board of the Association for the Promotion of Buddhist Values. The board members organise and make decisions on fundamental issues affecting the centre.

We invite all interested parties to participate and shape our centers.
